Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy of Swish Brush

At Swish Brush, we strive to offer high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective item, we are here to help. Below is our return and refund policy.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for products that arrive defective or damaged.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or dissatisfaction with packaging.
  • You must notify us of the defect within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, contact us via swishbrushpro@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the product.

Once we receive your request, we will provide a solution according to your case.

Only the defective and authorized item must be included in the return package; any other items sent will not be returned without additional cost.

Return Costs:

Shipping costs for returning defective products will be covered by the seller.

Refund:

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Handling Fees

In the event that an order has already been processed and shipped, and the customer requests a refund, a fixed amount of $4 will be deducted as a handling fee. This amount covers:

  • Administrative costs associated with processing the refund.
  • Costs related to shipping management and logistics.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 days and typically delivered within 6–10 days.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will assist you.

If a package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery confirmation.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Dissatisfaction with packaging or presentation.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
